Great Service! Great staff especially front desk. Good breakfast in the area. Nice rooms. Around the corner to an amazing NEW Buffet.5 minutes to HEB. 10min to a supercharger, And if you wondering 12 minutes to the base. 18 minutes to the airport. Perfect.

Great place to stay. The room was clean. We unfortunately were there for a death in the family. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I had a m8x up on my reservation (my fault not there's). The desk clerk walked me through everything I had to do.
The customer service and location is great. 10 minute drive to Sea World and 20 minutes to The Alamo and River Walk. The sofa is quit work out and becoming discolored, mold like stains above the bathroom door, hallway carpets look as if they have not been steam cleaned in quite some time. Overall the property just needs a refresh. I am not opposed to visiting this location again if visiting the area.
Very clean, classy hotel. We received a special access room. It was perfect ! Rooimy, spacious and excellent accessibility. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist. Kudos to ur installation and staff
Stayed here for 2 nights during spring break. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean. Mattress was a little hard and could use replacing. Being a hotel so close to Seaworld, expect a lot of children in the hotel, (especially during spring break) so if you want a quiet place to relax, you might consider somewhere else. Also my room key stopped working at 9am when checkout is at 11am. The location couldn’t get any better, Target, Walmart and H-E-B and plenty of food options all within 5 minutes driving. Overall, I would stay here again.
Went for daughter's AF graduation. 1st night the noice (consistent banging and kids running) from the tenant above went on from 10 until midnight. I went to the front desk and Austin placed me on the top floor and it was excellent going forward. The buffet was great. I had a wonderful stay. 6-8 min from Luke gate.
I was worried about my car getting vandalized. I was fortunate that nothing happened during my stay. I did not hear adjacent guests. The rooms were isolated and quiet. My room was clean, the HVAC system was flawless, and the cleaning crew was great. The free hot breakfast seems to be a signature amenity for Hampton Inn. The Hampton brand is above the typical road side hotel but lower than the upscale Hilton name. I would stay here again.
